Because I said I would is an international social movement and nonprofit dedicated to the betterment of humanity through promises made and kept. Our Walnut Ridge High School Chapter keeps promises to help others in need through volunteerism and works to become better citizens through personal development workshops.
Because I said I would Walnut Ridge High School is a force for good in our local community. Our members hold a meeting each month to plan unified charitable promises, act as an accountability support group for individual promises, and learn new and interesting ways to get better with commitment. After planning our unified charitable promises, we execute these projects in a separate gathering every month or every two months.
What do our chapters do?
1. Personal Development for members.
We work together to grow. Through thought-provoking content and workshops we improve and refine the practice of keeping promises. We also learn about how promises and humanity are affected by history, psychology, philosophy and culture.
2. Unified charitable promises in Columbus.
Make and keep unified promises as a team. Our volunteer projects help people and causes in our local community.
